Please Note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase or jug it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address. (Delivery Fees vary upon the area. Please confirm when placing your order).
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Special deliveries can be requested outside of normal business hours; but an additional surcharge will be added to the invoice.
We will be happy to accept and process any international orders if you call or email our shop directly.
Order cutoffs for daily deliveries will be at 9:00am everyday. Any order placed after 9:30am will be pushed to the following day (unless the work schedule can accommodate).
Pickups are available on Sundays from 8:30-11:00am. Thank you for your continued support!
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your order due to the availability of certain flowers at various times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour.
